Replacements
We provide replacement options for products that arrive damaged. To initiate a replacement, please:

1. Contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the damaged product with your order number, a brief description of the damage, and photos of the damaged item.

2. Provide an uninterrupted opening video of the product.

Our team will review and assess the damage. If approved, we'll arrange for a replacement, subject to product availability.

Exclusions

• Damage caused by improper handling or misuse by the customer.

• Products that have been used or altered.

Return Eligibility

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached (for replacement purposes).

Return Process

2. Once approved, we'll provide return instructions and a shipping address.

Refunds

Exchanges
We don't offer exchanges for size or color variants; please check our Size Chart before ordering.
